I am intolerant to both dairy and eggs, but I do still eat meat. Therefore, some of the recipes below do include optional tips to adding meat to them. They are all complete recipes without meat however.

Vegan Tomato Free Pasta Sauce (a blend of carrots, sweet potatoes/pumpkin, beets, roasted red pepper and Italian seasonings) - yes tomato sauce is usually already vegan but this recipe is a nice way to get a lot of different vegetables all in one sauce.
