A Hamburger on a Gluten Free / Dairy Free Hamburger Bun with French Fries (fried in a dedicated fryer) at Cheeseburger in Paradise |
Well, those sandwiches are bunless no more! Their GF/DF bun is terrific and just $1 more. They actually manufacture their own buns which are light and airy and best of all they made it through the whole burger without falling apart! (WARNING: they do butter their non-GF buns and claim to not butter the GF ones. If you are dairy free too, I would absolutely make sure they don't accidentally do this!)
Overall, it was a great lunch both for the company and the food! Oh, and by the way, it is very difficult to lose to a 4 year old at Tic-Tac-Toe!

I had a GREAT experience at Cheeseburger in Paradise!! Being fairly new to Gluten-Free eating I didn't know what to expect on our vacation, but found this wonderful restaurant. The Manager came out with my gluten-free meal and personally served me. He said that once a gluten-free order is placed the manager is alerted to this fact and then the manager is involved. The manager at Cheeseburger in Paradise, Myrtle Beach, SC explained their procedure in the kitchen that makes sure there is no cross-contamination in the kitchen. They really know what they are doing and go out of there way to make a great dining experience --- stress free- for any gluten free diets!! The Tilapia burger was great! It had a been awhile since I had any type of burger and I enjoyed it immensely with a BUN!!! I agree with previous comment that the bun was good!
