appears the owners of Ray’s Café in Rye Brook, NY have decided to retire and close their restaurant. They were one of the oldest restaurants with a gluten free menu and certainly one of the first Chinese restaurants to offer the same. There is now an Elevation Burger in its place (so there is still a gluten free option, but not gluten free Chinese food sadly).
