Every year the Gluten Intolerance Group of North America (GIG) sponsors a campaign to help participating restaurants raise Celiac Awareness during the month of May. Last year over 400 restaurants participated. These restaurants already have a gluten free menu and a proven track record of serving gluten free clientele.
