Udi's new Cinnamon Raisin Bread toasted and buttered with Smart Balance

I recently discovered that Udi's now makes a Gluten Free / Dairy Free Cinnamon Raisin Bread! I bought a loaf and it is just as good as their other breads.

For those of you with other food allergies, the bread is Nut Free and Soy Free as well. It does however contain Eggs.
