I've added a number of pages to the site with lists of all of my recipes. Due to my intolerances all of the recipes on this site are gluten free, dairy free, pork free, tomato free and egg free. I have found that these recipes are attracting different readers and have put these lists together to make it easier for those who need just a certain allergy free recipe to find what they are looking for.
Here are the pages:
Complete List of Allergen Free / Friendly Recipes - this page lists every single recipe on the site including a listing of which allergens are missing from the recipe, which are contained, and any optional allergens. The list flags these allergens: gluten, dairy, egg, nut/peanut, fish/shellfish, tomato, soy. It also notes recipes that are or can be vegan.
Dairy Free Recipes - this page only lists recipes that one would expect to contain dairy and where it would be hard to leave out without replacing.
GERD / Acid Reflux Friendly Recipes - this page list recipes that contain only a few of the foods suspected of being GERD / Acid Reflux / Heartburn triggers. Each recipe link lists the most likely triggers and suggestions on how to modify the recipe to avoid them.
Nightshade Free Recipes - this page lists recipes that are already free of the common foods those avoiding nightshades avoid (eggplant, potato, tomato, pepper, chili, paprika, etc). Where a recipe can easily be modified to be nightshade free hints on doing so are included.
Tomato Free Recipes - this page only lists recipes that one would expect to contain tomatoes and where it would be hard to leave out without replacing.
Vegan Recipes - this page links to all of my vegan recipes.
